Flights

All of our tours are priced on a 'land only' basis, but we can also arrange flights and give an indication of flight prices alongside our tour prices.

The flight prices specified in our brochure, in other promotional material and on our website relate to specific carriers and specific ‘booking classes’, a quota system used by airlines worldwide to determine the fare paid by the passenger. In common with many specialist operators, owing to the nature of our small group sizes we are unable to block book seats with the airlines and are dependent upon availability of the particular booking class at the time of booking. Therefore flights may cost more or less than the amount shown. For this reason we strongly recommend early booking, as fares tend to rise nearer to the departure date. Furthermore, it is likely full payment of the fare will be required at the time of booking, after which cancellation conditions will apply. It is essential that you have valid travel insurance in place to cover possible unexpected cancellation.

It should be noted that airlines frequently change their prices and apply fuel surcharges, which are beyond our control.
